Early in 2009, I decided to capture an image every calendar day for an entire year. 365 days later, I have more gray hair, have aged a decade and alienated loved ones, but I did it and, most importantly, I didn’t miss a single day. Comments and criticisms are welcomed, both on composition and technique, and on content. Thanks for looking.

Circular Logic (Day 81)
Do you think the artist of this manifesto saw the irony in his action? What are we saving the city from? Speeders? Too many Chinese restaurants or pizza joints? Or maybe … I dunno … graffiti artists?

on Mar 28I just love the irony here; on top of that this is a wonderfully composed shot.

on Mar 28Brother Dave,
Full disclosure: the entire message was "save our city from any law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
It was a really long brick wall and my wide angle lens was only so wide. :-)

on Mar 26It almost looks like there's a question mark just out of the picture after "Save our city." Perhaps he did get the irony, indeed. Nice shot!
