Early in 2009, I decided to capture an image every calendar day for an entire year. 365 days later, I have more gray hair, have aged a decade and alienated loved ones, but I did it and, most importantly, I didn’t miss a single day. Comments and criticisms are welcomed, both on composition and technique, and on content. Thanks for looking.

Human Strainer (Day 105)
A local firm, Lifesaving Resources Inc., out of Harrisville, NH was running their Swiftwater Rescue Technician training this morning in a local river. They use this net to help catch folks caught in the current.

on Apr 19Wow- the water looks a little rough. I've been to NH and think it's beautiful- I'd like to visit that big lake where they shot On Golden Pond but I can't remember the name of it (starts with a "W" I think). BTW- my husband would much rather have eaten a brat at a Dead show than any kind of chicken and artichoke dish. He loves both German food (anything with a WUST at the end of it) and the Dead. He's going to see them this week in fact. He's a total Dead Head lol. Me, I'm more of an 80's electronica fan lol. ;)
