Early in 2009, I decided to capture an image every calendar day for an entire year. 365 days later, I have more gray hair, have aged a decade and alienated loved ones, but I did it and, most importantly, I didn’t miss a single day. Comments and criticisms are welcomed, both on composition and technique, and on content. Thanks for looking.

Barbed Wire (Day 83) Went shooting with a couple friends early this morning. We had hoped for foggy landscapes but rolled snake eyes and ended up shooting in a few random places; one being a field filled with grazing cows. For a close-up of a particularly curious cow, click here. (2009-03-28 8:25am)

on May 30, 2009This shot is really great! Wonderful comp and the black and white suits it very well. You got great contrast in it and that truly brings out the textures in the image! Really wonderful shot!

on March 31, 2009I love this shot- I think it's because of the lines and the b&w tone. It appeals to me on so many levels. Great dof too.

on March 31, 2009As a surveyor, I've torn my fair share of jeans crossing this stuff. :(
Nice lines in this one, and I love the piece of rope hanging out in the corner.

on March 29, 2009I don't like barbed wire but love photos of it and taking photos of it. Wonderfully "messy" shot, as only barbed wire can be. I love your whole dp gallery, btw.
