Early in 2009, I decided to capture an image every calendar day for an entire year. 365 days later, I have more gray hair, have aged a decade and alienated loved ones, but I did it and, most importantly, I didn’t miss a single day. Comments and criticisms are welcomed, both on composition and technique, and on content. Thanks for looking.

10:15 (Day 364)
Had planned on just penning a jovial thanks to all that have supported this project throughout the past year (e.g. Rita, Dave, Andi, Brian, Cindy, Leslie, Bob, Greg, Ken, Laura, Julie, Irishmurr, Cornfu, Christine, James H, Dakota Cowboy, Melissa O, Tewmom, Chaz, Bucky, Bres, etc.); folks too many to list here. I couldn’t have made it without your encouragement and positive feedback along the way.
However, I really need to go back to basics and thank my Mom (who passed away this morning) and my Dad for making me the person I am today. I love you both so much.

on February 1, 2010Oh my word, I'm so sorry to hear about your mom. I lost my dad last year, so I can well imagine what you're going through. My sincere condolences.

on January 11, 2010Thank you for all the wonderful images you've shared over the past year, as well as all the laughs. I am so sorry for the loss of your mother. Hope the memories you have of her help you through this difficult time.

on January 10, 2010Mom is smiling, Pete. She receives your thanks, as do we all. This project has been awesome. Though the finale comes at a difficult time, your hope will rise again, as will your camera to your eye. When you are ready. Shalom.
