Early in 2009, I decided to capture an image every calendar day for an entire year. 365 days later, I have more gray hair, have aged a decade and alienated loved ones, but I did it and, most importantly, I didn’t miss a single day. Comments and criticisms are welcomed, both on composition and technique, and on content. Thanks for looking.

Attractive Nuisance (Day 217)
Ok kids, it’s time to learn a legal term:
When dealing with landowner liability, an "attractive nuisance" is a potentially harmful object on, or condition of, the land that, by its features, tends to lure children (e.g. an unfenced swimming pool).
This picture presents a slightly more humorous example: in this case, the “land” is our local brew pub bathroom; the “condition” is the fact that a maintenance worker went way overboard with Out of Order signage; and the “children” are the myriad drunken customers who relieve themselves here.
I wonder how many have decided to see if they could use it while avoiding splashback; almost like a mini golf game.
I didn't ... but was tempted.
