Early in 2009, I decided to capture an image every calendar day for an entire year. 365 days later, I have more gray hair, have aged a decade and alienated loved ones, but I did it and, most importantly, I didn’t miss a single day. Comments and criticisms are welcomed, both on composition and technique, and on content. Thanks for looking.

Suicide Door (Day 140) Passed this really cool looking custom truck today; the colors reminded me of the lilac shot I took a few days ago (albeit a lot more vibrant obviously). Props to the artist; didn’t know that they could do this with paint (although I will admit, I did do some work in post to make things really pop). And for those who aren't familiar with the term suicide door - it means that the door is hinged on the edge closer to the rear of the vehicle and swings out from the front. For a slightly wider view, click here. (2009-05-24 1:56pm)

on May 30, 2009Wow, this caught my attention. Nice comp and processing. Imagine what the artist's own possessions might look like.

on May 25, 2009Wow! Props to the artist, indeed. I had to go look at the link to believe that this was car paint.
Props to you for turning it into a wonderful abstract!
