Early in 2009, I decided to capture an image every calendar day for an entire year. 365 days later, I have more gray hair, have aged a decade and alienated loved ones, but I did it and, most importantly, I didn’t miss a single day. Comments and criticisms are welcomed, both on composition and technique, and on content. Thanks for looking.

No Coke. Pepsi. (Day 168)
After shooting for 6+ hours yesterday, the last thing I wanted to do today was hunt around for my Daily.
I threw on my ultra-wide and headed out for an antique car show but it was a bust (folks probably bailed due to the inclement weather). On my way home, I passed this Coke sign (different from the one in an earlier post) and decided to shoot a bizarre angle just for the fun of it.

on June 25, 2009Pete, Your work is fantastic!!! I love it. You captured love at its finest. I would love to see the others that you and Laura took at this fine wedding. All of your photos in this gallery are original and your own and I really like all of them. You inspire me to get out of my slump and try to get some photos that might compare to yours.

on June 23, 2009From the closeness of the second building, I'm guessing this wall was advertising to a captive audience.
I wonder what it looks like from that third story window?

on June 21, 2009I love the angle! It makes the shot. It's funny, when they painted over the first "coca cola" mural, did it really cover it? Or have they both just faded over the years? I see this a lot on the sides of old buildings and always wonder that. I love the drab colors with all the fancily painted letters.
